An Evening Honoring a Culinary Legend
Join us on January 27th at 6 PM for an exclusive dinner at Vij's Restaurant, honoring the incredible John Bishop and his 40+ years in the restaurant industry. We will celebrate the legacy of John's iconic Bishops restaurant, where Chef Vikram Vij developed his culinary skills under John's mentorship from 1992 to 1994, drawing inspiration from his farm-to-table philosophy. Indulge in a specially curated five-course meal, complemented by a glass of red or white wine from a premier Okanagan winery. This is an evening not to be missed, dedicated to delicious food and remarkable stories.
