Vikram Vij and Indigenous Chef Rich Francis Teaming Up

Vikram Vij will team up with rock star Indigenous chef, Rich Francis, at the next Chefs Collaboration Dinner Series at South Surrey’s My Shanti restaurant on January 29th, 2018. Together they will take diners on a culinary journey of truth and reconciliation through traditional Indian and Aboriginal foods and flavours.

The collaboration will be a once-in-a-lifetime event featuring appetizers, followed by four soon-to-be- released courses, along with local BC wine pairings. Local farms will provide the ingredients for the dinner, which will cost $135 per person, including tax and gratuity.
